She's guided a generation of listeners through some rough patches in their lives. And, she's had her own challenges she's worked through, too. Now, the Library of American Broadcasting Foundation (LABF) is saluting syndicated radio personality Delilah by awarding her with its fourth annual Insight Award.

The arrival of the results from Beasley Media Group turns out to be a good one for the company led by CEO Caroline Beasley. That's not to say challenges seen by the publicly traded company have totally evaporated.
